Return policy

Returns can be made within 14 days after you have recieved your order. Please note that crochet patterns are not able to return or refund. Only items that have not yet been used, and in original condition can be returned. 

How to make a return:

1. Contact me on hannatinadesign@gmail.com.

2. Return the product within an additional 14 days. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund process will begin once the item has been received and the return has been approved.

Please note that:

- Returns can only be made with items in original condition.

- The customer is in charge of the shipping cost

- Digital products, such as crochet patterns, are not able to be returned.
